Wagner Luxury Travel Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to Wagner Luxury Travel. By booking travel arrangements with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Booking and Payment
• Reservations: All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of two hundred fifty dollars US ($250.00 US) is required to secure your booking.
• Payment: Full payment is due thirty (30) days before the departure date. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of your booking.
• Payment Methods: We accept Credit, Debit Card.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
• Client Cancellations: Cancellations must be made in writing (E-Mail or Certified Mail).
• The following cancellation fees apply:
○ More than 45 days before departure: 100% of the total cost.
○ 45 to 15 days before departure: 50% of the total cost.
○ Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.
• Agency Cancellations: If we need to cancel your booking for any reason, we will provide a full refund or offer an alternative arrangement of equal value.
4. Changes to Bookings
• Client Changes: Requests for changes must be made in writing (E-Mail or Certified Mail) and are subject to availability and additional charges.
• Agency Changes: We reserve the right to make changes to your booking if necessary. We will notify you of any significant changes as soon as possible (E-Mail or Phone).
5. Travel Insurance
• Recommended: It is recommended for all clients to have travel insurance that covers medical expenses, trip cancellation, and other potential risks.
• Proof: Clients must provide proof of travel insurance before departure.
• Travel insurance is available through this agency or from the insurance agent of their choice.
6. Passports, Visas, and Health Requirements
• Responsibility: Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and comply with health requirements for their travel destinations.
• Assistance: We can provide general information but are not responsible for ensuring you meet entry requirements.
7. Liability
• Agency Liability: Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the travel services. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from circumstances beyond our control.
• Third-Party Suppliers: We act as an agent for third-party suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels) and are not liable for their acts or omissions.
8. Complaints
• Procedure: If you have a complaint, please inform our representative as soon as possible. We will endeavor to resolve the issue promptly.
• Post-Trip Complaints: Any complaints after the trip must be submitted in writing within 30 days of your return.
9. Privacy Policy
• Data Collection: We collect personal information to process bookings and provide travel services.

10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of State of Nebraska. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of State of Nebraska.
